Function Booking Guide

Please see below for our current function booking details 

ROOM HIRE

The room hire for all bookings is as follows:

  • $30 One Hour (up to 1 hour)
  • $100 Half Day (up to 6 hours)
  • $200 Full Day (up to 10 hours)
  • $250 Day & Night (up to 16 hours)

Please Note: You may be required to pay a refunable $100 bond which will be subject to a statisfactory post-event inspection.

SET UP & PACK DOWN CHARGES

Any booking that requires Club personnel to set up or pack down are required to pay an additional charge of $2 "per person".

 

CATERING OPTIONS

We provide two catering options with the first being full buffet meals and the second being lighter catering options. These can both be viewed in the PDF's listed below

LINEN CHARGES

Linen cleaning charges will be charged at $5 per table cloth (please note that these charges are included in buffet prices)

SPECIAL LIQUOR LICENCE

A Special Liquor Licence may be required for your function and must be applied for, by the Club at least 20 working days in advance of your event. To find out if you will require this please check with Office staff upon booking. Please note that the cost of these Licences vary, normally they are $70.00 however depending on the requirements of your function, they can cost as much as $590.00
